Shemida has been a licensed Realtor serving the Contra Costa County community since 2013. Always eager to go the extra mile for her clients, Shemida knows that the best thing she can do for her clients is to be knowledgeable about her community and the current market. Shemida was part of the leadership team in the Walnut Creek Market Center as the Agent Services and Technology Coordinator from 2016 to 2020. She helped new and new-to-KW agents set up their systems as well as trained on the various tech tools available through Keller Williams Realty. As of December 2021, she accepted the role of Assistant Team Leader in the Danville Market Center where she coaches and oversees the business development of newer agents.
